The Workagerie is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS Every item at The Workagerie is printed to order specifically for you. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. As our products are printed to order, please review your order carefully; we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once the printing process has commenced. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. In accordance with UK law, the price displayed is the total price. As a sole trader not registered for VAT, no VAT is charged on your purchase. Standard UK delivery is £2.50, or free on orders over £30. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY While we aim to deliver within our 3-5 working day estimate, all delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, a re-delivery fee may apply.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services and all materials therein, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and designs, are owned by The Workagerie and are protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws. SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY The Workagerie is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with The Workagerie. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales contract or any injury or loss resulting from purchased products.
