Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Workagerie. We aim to be as transparent as possible regarding our delivery costs and timelines.

1. Delivery Costs

We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent:

Standard UK Delivery: £2.50 flat rate.
Free UK Delivery: All orders over £30 qualify for free delivery.

2. Processing & Printing Timeline

Every item at The Workagerie is printed to order specifically for you. This means we do not hold "dusty" stock in a warehouse.

The Timeline: Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be produced and delivered.
This window covers the entire process: from the moment we start the press to the moment the package arrives at your doorstep.

3. Shipping Territory & Exclusions

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses and Northern Ireland.

Due to customs and administrative requirements, we do not ship to the following destinations at this time:

The Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey)
The Isle of Man
International destinations outside of the United Kingdom

4. Tracking & Notification

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at the time of checkout. In accordance with UK consumer regulations, we are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the address provided. However, if an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Late Deliveries

While we make every effort to meet our 3–5 working day estimate, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or peak periods.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, if we fail to deliver your goods within 30 days of your order being placed (unless a longer period was specifically agreed), you have the right to a full refund.

7. Packaging

We use high-grade, 'smash-proof' packaging designed for safe transit. In line with our gift-friendly approach, we do not include invoices or pricing information within our parcels, making them ideal for sending directly to a recipient.
